Bev started 'Bev Jardine Services' in October 2016 through her passion for organisation and keen eye for attention-to-detail, and has recently become the first South African Certified Online Business Manager (Certified OBM®), further expanding her knowledge and love of all things systems and processes!
Combined with 14 years’ corporate experience in London, you will benefit from a sophisticated and high-level support team led by Bev. Having previously set up and worked in a bespoke lifestyle management and outsourced PA service business (Bev was interviewed by Elle Macpherson to be her personal PA!), and many years experience in the business management team of a large UK bank, and in finance departments in PR and media companies, Bev brings a professional virtual business support team to the creative entrepreneur looking to scale their business.
Bev has always wanted to make a difference and contribute to the bigger picture. As a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional, Bev knew she could give more value with a personal one-on-one service, getting to help you grow and manage your business.

I can’t recommend Bev highly enough. I had accumulated a mass of time consuming chores and a big admin backlog, and Bev just sailed through it with minimum guidance. Infusionsoft Expert & Virtual Assistant
At Team Bev Jardine I am the go-to person for all things Infusionsoft, including automations, and email campaigns for those clients specifically on the Infusionsoft platform. I also love all things marketing and social media, so lend my creative eye there too!, and when I'm not supporting Team Bev Jardine, I also head up the marketing strategy for a local lifestyle business. I am also Mommy to my little boy, Brody & wife to my superhero hubby, Bryan! As a family we travel a lot and I could probably write a dummies guide to travelling with a baby or toddler. I love being in the African bush and exercising regularly whether it be cycling, running or the gym. Having recently moved back from the UK to South Africa I am lapping up every second of the sunshine 😉
Social Media Manager & Pinterest Guru
I handle all things social media at Bev Jardine. I am enthusiastic about what I do and 100% results-oriented. I have an educational background in interactive media and digital marketing, so you can rest assured you’re in good hands. I work remotely as I travel between my two homes - Sicily, Italy and Cape Town, South Africa. When I am not in front of my computer, you can find me on the water kiteboarding!
On top of being Bev’s right-hand lady, I also take care of the regular admin tasks to keep things running smoothly here at Team Bev Jardine. I also support clients with newsletter and blog management, proofreading, and invoice and expenses collation support, to name just a few. Basically, I help you to shave off hours from your work week giving you more time to get at those things you rock at!
I’m also a mother to Jesse and Isla and our beautiful kitten named Livie. I try to remember that life is short and that it’s worth fighting for all that your heart desires. Because of this I’m just trying to live my best life and be as gracious and kind to everyone as I can be whom I meet along the path. There’s nothing like the sound of the ocean to calm and refocus me. The only other sound that does this for me is the night sound of the African bush. I love all things cheese and basically grew up on cheese and Bovril toast. I love the stage and musicals and you’d probably find me in a ballet class if you got a sneak peak of my younger self.
We thrive on building long-term relationships, it’s what we're famous for! It means that we can really get to know you and your business, while you work on it, we work consistently each week in it.

I LOVE this type of work. I'm kind of a weirdo when it comes to ticking off a to-do list!
When I’m not getting plugged into your business I love finding crazy adventures to go on with my husband and young kiddies. We love running and riding the local trails on the weekends and generally getting dusty or muddy, and are always finding excuses to keep us motivated to stay fit and healthy. Together we’ve completed transfrontier multi-day running events, half-ironman, 100-mile cycles, climbed mountains, bungee jumped and white-water rafted. I LOVE the outdoors, and you can definitely say I love to live actively!! We are lucky enough to live on an incredible coastline on the East Coast of South Africa, fondly known as the Dolphin Coast, and you’ll find us walking the forest trails or on the beaches most weekends (on occasion with some bubbly too ... and not just the kids kind of bubbles 🍾!)
